French Lop?
I am very seriously considering adding a rabbit to my family. I wish I had a French Lop. My father raised French Lops and grown for a long time. I had 4 guinea pigs at one time before and I felt that the basic care of both of these animals is somewhat similarly. There are many differences, alongside food, etc.? Also, If you have experience with French Lops, can you tell me something about them? Temperament, the largest you seen, etc. I did some research, but I'd love to hear all your opinions! I plan on keeping this out of the rabbit, and the construction of a sort of small enclosure. I was thinking that maybe a wire cage of a dog, not a box, but more of a pen (big enough) with a roof to keep out the rain, and then putting a dog house or igloo there for him to sleep? What do you think of this? Rabbits can survive the winter outside? I plan on putting many toys and blankies in there as well!
Any informantion is appreciated, thanks in advance.
I also had and still have four guinea pigs guinea pigs and a rabbit (dwarf rabbit ear oped) Corre home cage without any kind and also has a litter box to go for his bussiness. I do not think that rabbits just feel happy to be in a cage or a small space, their like to move around and explore new areas aslong as there is no danger in the area. She likes to be playful and sports.
