Can a Shih Tzu being all white, with shades of a slightly bluish ears?
It also has these shades around the eyes and mouth, it's almost like the skin is pigmented, but not the hair. Yes I had one that was all white with blackish shades of gray around the ears. It did not on its eyes though. Shihs dogs are beautiful. Very sweet, no bite, non-shedding, easy to housebreak, toy quieter and friend to all. I love them. This is one of the most cakes of all toy breeds. And they are the only breed small toy that I would consider "child-safe." You are lucky to have one. Enjoy him. Use a harness not a collar.
