What are the best breeds of dogs for adoption, if I'm at work all day?
I'm seriously considering adopting a dog but I'm having reservations because I have to leave him / her at home for 8-9 hours a day during the week and I live in an apartment in New York. There are breeds that are better for this situation or any ideas? If its not good for the dog, I will not take.
A, catfish, and small animals would be a much better choice until there is someone to home more often. =) Honestly, a cat or small animals (ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, chinchillas, etc.) I love you for so long and have gone out a quiet house.
