Can you give me information on training my Siberian Husky.?

He is 14 weeks. His name is Mikhail seems to listen very well when I slices Weiner, other wise you get bored easily. I hate feeling like I need to drag it to where it should be. I want to be rigorous, but also concern bout fair.I the command "Come." He comes to me from short distances (for a slice and Weiner) Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We recommend that you give serious consider taking him to a "puppy kindergarten" class type of Obedience. This is something that I recommend (I wish I could take) for those who take my Puppies. Getting your puppy to come when called solid is critical with this breed. Use the question and never called you when you are going to scold him for something. Also remember that this breed is not reliable off-leash. They have a mind of its own, and love to run. You're absolutely right – Siberians did not wear easily, and need a reason to do what you ask. Praise is rarely sufficient. Be prepared to use a lot of care, and training. Again, consider a class of obedience. You'll have a lot of information and tips that are difficult to transmit on a forum.
